It's time. No more "I'll start tomorrow". I'm starting today.
Since working at my current job (which I love) I've put on approx 10 kilos.
I consider myself somewhat diet and exercise bipolar. Exercise a lot and eat well and then all of a sudden binge eating and not exercising at all.
I'm going away overseas at the end of the year and would love to be back to the weight I was two years ago (at least closer to it).
My work friends and I had a trainer come in today to weigh us in as we're starting a 8 WEEK BODY CHALLENGE... who ever changes the most wins $250- I want that money- and beat the guys!! (they all want to put weight on- so they get to eat stuff aall day long....)
I weighed in today at my heaviest: 66.7kilos.
Starting Weight- 66.7 kilos
Goal Weight- 58 kilos
