Starting weight: 93kg; 105cm waist
Last week: 86kg; waist 94cm
This week: 85.4kg; waist 94cm

Only loss of 600g this week and no cm's off waist- it all counts though. I have been naughty and 4 days this week I didn't drink anywhere near 2ltr daily like I'm supposed to on this Tony Ferguson diet.

Total lost: 7.6kg and 11cm in 5 weeks.

Hope everyone else is doing well :D

last week 115.5kg
today 113.9kg
which makes me even happier is that I've been layed up in bed this week with a prolapsed disc in my back. Especially the fact that out of boredom i didnt turn to food. :D

Never mind Anita, I'm sure your scales will be back in order next week and you'll be happy with your progress.

Slimmindown, sorry to hera you've been stuck in bed with an injured back. My husband goes through the same type of thing with discs in his back, so I understand how much discomfort you must be in. Congratulations on your 1.6kg loss and well done for not giving in to boredom and eating yourself silly!

Gained 0.5 kg this week. Oh well I did overindulge whilst in Brisbane despite jogging 15km on thursday night to try and make up for it.

Next week will be better.

Well, I'd like to say I've lost a kilo, but this is wierd... will see how it goes next week before I break open the champagne :?

Oh dear, back up to 78 again
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
