I am impressed with the amount of motivation I have had the past week or so. I just hope it sticks around. I'm too scared to weigh in though, I think it will be bad! People keep saying how much weight I've lost but whenever I look at the scales it's exactly the same
I'm just going to keep going how i am, and when I feel like there will be a difference I'll look at the scales again. I'll also take my mesurements compared to when I started to see if there is a change.
