35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

forgot to weigh in! and I just ate a giant roast dinner... (and maaayyyybe a piece of chocolate cake)

okay. i'm going to the scales...

.....


ugh. back to 113kg. that's up another kilo!

although *cue excuses*

... i am using a crappy bathroom scale that doesn't have halfkilos on it, so it might not be a whole kilo

... i just ate dinner and i usually weigh myself in the morning and i havent been to the toilet in a while

okay that made me feel better

i'm going to check again tomorrow morning first thing!

Today is my 7th weigh-in on Tony Ferguson.

Last week: 85kg; 93cm waist

This week 82.8kg; 91cm waist!!!

YIPPEE, a loss of 2.2kg this week and 2cm off my waist. I've now hit the 10kg mark and lost 14cm from my waist in 7 weeks.

1.4kg loss,
I'm stoked, cant wait to see my results when I can get back into exercise, my back is slowly healing.

I never thought I'd be keen to exercise :lol:

Yep, as predicted, this morning I was back to 112kg...

So no gain (thank God!) and no loss (bugger)...

However, I had a look at my week and I think I know where I went wrong-

1. Crazy schedule of night shifts/day shifts meant that I ate erratically, on the run, and whatever was available. Not good!

2. Said crazy schedule prevented me from hitting the gym, and going for a 10km walk (!) on Sunday was my first exercise of the week.

3. Went camping over last Sunday-Monday and therefore ate greasy roadside diner food / pub food / hamburgers.

So, my goals for this week:
EXERCISE! Got City to Surf this weekend (I'm walking the 12km with some friends) but I will try to make it to the gym at least twice during the week.

Eat better - should be easier, have a normal schedule this week

Hopefully, next week, I'll be back losing weight!
