Yep, as predicted, this morning I was back to 112kg...
So no gain (thank God!) and no loss (bugger)...
However, I had a look at my week and I think I know where I went wrong-
1. Crazy schedule of night shifts/day shifts meant that I ate erratically, on the run, and whatever was available. Not good!
2. Said crazy schedule prevented me from hitting the gym, and going for a 10km walk (!) on Sunday was my first exercise of the week.
3. Went camping over last Sunday-Monday and therefore ate greasy roadside diner food / pub food / hamburgers.
So, my goals for this week:
EXERCISE! Got City to Surf this weekend (I'm walking the 12km with some friends) but I will try to make it to the gym at least twice during the week.
Eat better - should be easier, have a normal schedule this week
Hopefully, next week, I'll be back losing weight!
