Last week, i decided to go on a new diet, and I've stuck to it. I looked like I was losing weight.
I went from 90, to 95 in 6 days.
What am I doing wrong?

Usually I'd say stick with it for a bit longer, but gaining 5kg!
Maybe you should think about trying a different diet with less calories?

Yeah, can we have some more details on the diet you're on?

My particular plan is a low carb/high protein plan, you may have more results with something like that?
