This morning my weight was down to 103.5kg, meaning I've lost 1.5kg over the last 6 days.
A few things made this week a bit difficult because I had three tempting days in a row. Pub trivia , a friend's birthday drinks and then a dinner party at my place. I was put on antibiotics this week, so I couldn't drink making those days less damaging to my diet. My social life isn't usually so busy, so this upcoming week is going to be easier.
It's good to have a few runs on the board and by this time next week my bmi will be under 30, making me overweight rather than obese.
