Again only a small loss this week of 900g, but at least its something.
I have still been going to the gym each day, and can definetly see improvements; when i started i was only able to do 4 mins on the cross trainer and now i'm up to 30mins!!!
I'm so starving on the way home from gym, that instead of now eating i will have a sustagin drink; Maybe this will work better than me pigging out due to starvation!!!Starting weight : 81.00Week 1: 80.03
