Hi,
Thought i would add that i have been going to the gym everyday.
I do 50 mins of cardio and then some sit ups (currently doing 150, pushing a further 25 each day) stomach and sides are really sore; trying not too sneeze!!
They have this new machine (since my last visit a few years ago) where you stand there and the machine shakes you. Does anybody know what this actually does. I will have a turn before i walk out the door and do some squats on it; however i have no idea what the machine is designed to do?? I have noticed that some people just stand there for half an hour then go back home???
Thanks
Lil

Hi - still working on a eating plan.
Trying to eat more fruit (having a least one pieace of fruit a day) and replacing soft drink for water.
Still snacking at times, which is think is my main problem.
After coming home from the gym, i'm so hungry that i have to eat immedietly!!! lol
I also have been repacing meals for a boost smoothie, i dont know though if this is the best option but they are yummy!!!
Thx

I love my fruit but i never eat enough but make up for it when i do hehe.
Boost smoothie would be ok depending on the cals in each one and what size your having- i never had one but u wouldnt wanna workout at the gym and find out that all that kjs burned would be wrecked with one smoothie.
My bad times are boredom eating, i can eat a pack of chips or biscuits etc and not realise its all gone.
Goodluck

Hi All,
Again only a small loss this week of 900g, but at least its something.
I have still been going to the gym each day, and can definetly see improvements; when i started i was only able to do 4 mins on the cross trainer and now i'm up to 30mins!!!
I'm so starving on the way home from gym, that instead of now eating i will have a sustagin drink; Maybe this will work better than me pigging out due to starvation!!!

Hi All,
I've had a much more sucsessful week this time with a loss of a bit more than 2kg.
Trying to eat soup each day for lunch; which i think is helping, rather than eating bread.
I hope i still see results next week!! :P

Thanks Shalimar, i'm trying to put in 100% and now i am starting to see the results - The more the scales show a loss, the more motivated i get!!!
A big congratulations on your massive loss!!! You must have worked so hard, but the results are worth it!!!
I went from 54kg (very skinny) to 81kg in 5 years, i never watched what i ate, or did any exercise; i just had fun (all worth it). But i want a flat tummy again, and get back into a size 10; I'm determined by Christmas to be in the low 60's!!!
Have you got any tips you can give me??
Thanks
Lil

Thank you :D , Im sure you'll do well.

My main tips are water, water and more water, do some daily exercise, even if youre not in the mood and weigh every scrap of food.

Best of luck :) .
