Well this week I surprised myself after last week where I gained .5 This week I lost 2.1

Hi all,
Oh dear some weeks are diamonds like last week and some weeks are stone like this one. Today I only lost point 1 seems hardly worth recording really, but at least I didn't gain and to be honest I have slipped a little this week so I shouldn't be surprised.
I have promised myself I will do better next week.

I know what you mean when you say some weeks are like diamonds while others are like stone. The main thing that keeps me happy on the bad weeks is that I don't gain - I would hate it! Good luck, and your doing so well already! I can't wait till my loss is around the 10 kg mark :)

Ok I had a bad week last week but I have done ok this week I was hoping for a KG but fell short slightly but I am still happy with .9 I would love to do that on a weekly base.

Well I have been carried away with holidays and although they did take their toll on my weight loss I have gotten back on track and am still determined to have the last laugh! 1.7 this week made me a happy girl.

Hi guys,
Ok I know this is supposed to be a weekly weigh in but time is not on my side lately working and getting work caught up at home, and getting in front with it so that I can have some time off over Xmas is taking its toll but I haven't given up, although I have had some bad weeks of late I am still loosing all be it slowly. 2 weeks in a row of losing .1 was really annoying but I lost .7 this week and am going for a full kilo next week (wish me luck)
