Hey, i wanted to start my own weigh in post so here it goes..
A little about me : Im Danielle, 23yrs old (24 in a few weeks lol). I was on duromine when i was in high school (16 or 17 yrs old) i started at 95kgs and got down the 76kgs, after i stopped taking them i went back up to about 85kgs and stayed at that weight till i fell pregnant with my daughter when i was 19. I ate so much crap when i was pregnant and put on about 27kgs
Anyways after she was born i didn't lose that weight.. i got up to 120kgs..i wanted another baby so my kids would be close in age so we had another daughter, with that pregnancy i watched what i ate and only put on about 10kgs but lost about 5kgs a few months after she was born. 18 months later im ready to kick myself and lose some weight.
I have started again using duromine to give me that kick start, I know some people may not think duromine will help in the long run and some people may class it as cheating but I feel as though i need the energy/motivation of seeing results and also being so big i'd like to stay on duromine till i get down to at least 90kgs (unless doctors stops prescribing it to me) I also need to learn to eat smaller portions and healthier chioces oh and exercise.. ive never really gotten into exercising before.
My first goal is double digits lol.. second goal i would love to be back at 85. I know its gonna be hard cause thats like 43kgs i would like to lose. Once i get to 85 i will have a new goal but at the moment i cant imagine me getting that low. The first few weeks i haven't really done much exercise but last week i started walking and doing some exercise at home as well (more like jumping around like a spaz aka dancing with the kids haha.. )but i got sick after 3 days of 30 min walks and didnt have the energy do get out plus was hard to breath because i have the flu. i do as many push ups and sit ups as i can... 120kgs is alot to lift with push ups.. but im ready to change that!
So far this is how my weigh in's have panned out:22 july 09 - 128kgs - started duromine on the 23rd31 july 09 - 126.4kg - lost 1.6kgs
07 aug 09 - 123.4kg - lost 2kgs
15 aug 09 - 121.6kg - lost 1.8kgs
22 aug 09 - 119.7kg - lost 1.9kgs
30 aug 09 - 118.7kg - lost 1kg
total loss so far = 8.3kg
Next weigh in 5th sept. (if i replace my scales batteries by then)
