
I actually had a gain

I just can't seem to get back into the swing of it, I like hot winter food (pasta's and stuff) I told my hubby I need to stop the 'junk' food and start over again, I don't want to put it all back on again.
It was only a 200g gain but I know if I keep eatin crap it will all come back. The last three weeks have been not healthy and no exercise and I do feel alot more sluggish, no energy!
I have troble trying to find healthy winter food, I don't want salad when it's cold, I was basically living on wraps before and now that is cold I don't want wraps.
