Weigh in and measurment day again, and I'm loving seeing those numbers go down. A 2 kilo loss this week, so a total loss since I started of 4.4 kilos. The centimeters are dropping off too! YAY!!! My body is starting to feel a bit easier, less foot pain, and my motivation is still high. My challenge over the next couple of weeks is to stay on track even though we'll be away on hols. First time ever I will have taken food scales on hols, but I'm getting into this food tracking, and understanding that what I thought was a 'portion' was way too much... I don't want to come back and find I've put it all back on again. Going to use this time away to get my walking on track too. I might even slip in the people scales as well as the food scales so I can weigh in next Saturday.
