So I wasn't sure if I should start a thread in the 'progress section'.. however- I decided to smash my progress and weekly weigh in into one.
I just wanted a place to right down all my thoughts and challenges and how I am feeling on this journey.
I was sick last week and didn't exercise for four days! So I felt let down by that, but still gave my body time to heal otherwise I know I would just get sicker. I excercised last night for a hour, and managed to crawl out of bed at 5:30 to go again this morning. This morning I did 20 minutes of cardio and 40 minutes weights. I will walk home from work tonight too.. that's another half hour.
Tomorrow is my last chance day before my weigh in! I know that if I do happen to lose anything it's going to be a small amount.. but hey, hopefully it'll be something.
I noticed that my jeans are loser than usual, so that clearly means something, right!?
