Just weighed in, last week 101.4, this week 103!
This week I tried just to eat healthy meals, not count calories or anything, but maybe I have overdone the portion sizes or something? I know that was a helper with counting calories, I was always accountable for what I was eating, and always planned ahead, so I knew what was for each meal, and snacks, this week I have been all over the place... I also haven't managed to get in half as much exercise as usual due to a yucky head cold..... Probably sounds like every excuse under the sun eh? LOL
hhhmm well, tomorrow is my shopping day, and start of week 2, so I think as of tomorrow, I will start counting calories again.. Wish me luck....
