Hiya all, well I surprised myself this week!!! I lost 1.1kgs

Last week: 163.3kgs

This week: 162.2kgs

Loss: 1.1kgs

Total loss: 3.1kgs

This week: 73

I only lost 0.5kg this week, a bit disapointed, I am hoping it is just because it is 'that time of the month'. I lost the entire 0.5kg in the first 3 days of the week before my period started. *shrugs*

This week 62.6 kgs

Now that was a shock. A happy one, but a shock all the same. I always get a biggy after that time of month!

Who knows I had been averaging 500g the last 3 weeks so expected the same again although I have changed a thing or two. I always reckon I actually lose more during my period but the scales don't tell me because of the fluid retention. Then the next week it jumps up. Just when I think I have it pegged and I will know what loss I will have it surprises me. Who can figure the body.... :roll:

Just weighed in, last week 101.4, this week 103!
This week I tried just to eat healthy meals, not count calories or anything, but maybe I have overdone the portion sizes or something? I know that was a helper with counting calories, I was always accountable for what I was eating, and always planned ahead, so I knew what was for each meal, and snacks, this week I have been all over the place... I also haven't managed to get in half as much exercise as usual due to a yucky head cold..... Probably sounds like every excuse under the sun eh? LOL :D hhhmm well, tomorrow is my shopping day, and start of week 2, so I think as of tomorrow, I will start counting calories again.. Wish me luck....
