Matey go back to keeping a food diary for a couple weeks. They really do help. that way you can also determine whether your portion sizes are getting out of control. Another point to ponder is are you also due for your monthly??

Just take a deep couple of breaths and take some time out for yourself. Also take the time to do some planning. I know that you may be very busy, but schedule the time.....YOU are important!!

I hope that you are over your head cold and that you are feeling better.

Last week: 51.9kg
This week: 51.2kg

Good luck for next week chubbybubby! Don't stress this week's too much, there's heaps of reasons why it might be higher. Sounds like you did really well, especially since you were sick. Just keep looking forward :D

Hope you are feeling better chubbybubby. I always feel like nothing but stews when I have a head cold. Stews and bread to soak it up.

If you have found planning helps in the past definitely stick with it. Good luck with everything. :D

Last week 76kg, this week 76kg.

These last few kg's are getting to be painful. But I still think I need to lose at least 5-10kg.

I am a little worried as I still can't SEE the loss. I KNOW I've lost and I can see it when I wear my old clothes etc. but stand me nakie in front of the mirror and I could swear I look exactly the same. This is why I rely on my scales.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I know what you mean Tegan. I know I have lost weight as the scales tell me so and I now fit M clothes instead of XL but my body seems pretty much the same when naked. Hubby is like no way you are tiny now but I don't see it like he does. I know I'm less flabby in places and some areas are down right toned :D I like that! I think my basic body shape is the same just smaller and with some muscle starting to show through so it's easy to think not much has changed.

You should listen to your hubby Kim....he is the one that sees you in a different light to the way you see yourself. He would be able to see and feel the difference ( )

Tegan I know it must be hard for you not to see your loss, but have the confidence in your clothing to let you see how far you have come. We never seem to see the difference in our bodies as they change and that is a little scary. When I lost the weight before I could never see it, but now that I have put it on again, believe me I know now that I did see the difference....Keep your chin up and keep going, you will get to your goal!!!

Keep going Tegan, it's bound to shift. Don't stop now, believe me, keep going.

Am away this weekend in Sydney so haven't been able to access (or find) any scales anywhere!

Am going with my weight last week...hope it is still the same :?:

Last week: 101.0kgs
This week: 101.0kgs

Thanks for all the kind replies everyone! Funnily enough, it is TTOM right now, so that could account for some of the gain, but after looking back a bit, I think I have been going way over in my portion sizes. So, last night I worked out my day's eating for today, and planned all my dinners, and I am back to counting calories. Must say, I feel more in control already! :P xx
