LOL Sassy, we must be twins hehehehe. I weigh everyday too (unless I am getting sick of it and I will hide the scales for a week) so I can share in your Joy that it is gone already, as well as another 100gr :D I too only update my ticker weekly but do not change any gains made when i'm ovulating or TTOM I do not change because I always put on 1-2kgs for a few days in those times! Can't wait to see your numbers next week!

Lol grapefruit isn't just funny when we run away from scales after blowing it. Come the time when we are doing right I am greatest buddies with the scale  I dont think I will ever stop obsessing over the scale which is one of the tools I will use once I get to maintainance "Daily weigh in" LOL

LW 79.8kg
TW 78.9kg
WL 900grams
Happy with the results considering I was flue-ish (still am) and was instructed by my GP not to exercise for the whole week, but still lost a decent amount of weight... I am going to focus on getting something better next week

Lets see what next week has instore for me :)
Till then

You have been dearly missed. I am so glad you are back!!! I thought about you recently I must have been feeling you coming back here
Let us get this done babe!

I am so happy to be in the 70's though I am still not so confident with them I keep worrying I might just fall back on to the 80's, 1foot in and the other one out kind of a thing. I will feel better at 75/74kg...

Welcome back sweety, push and come join me in the 70s :)... You can DO this!

Heeeey girlfriend
I am so back it is not funny! For a change I am not back with a gain well not with so much loss too I kept maintaining. I think that is an improvement on my side. Being away from here has always thrown me off the rails wieght wise but this time I kept the fire burning and so still hovering around 77-ish I weighed yesterday I was 77.4kg and with me back here I can almost be sure I am going to make it to my goal weight before year end...
Lets keep the ball rolling!!!!

This week 77.4kg

Thank you so much MissV, I am glad that you are back here to kick some a$$.

Well I have been kind of slacking lately only with the diet as I still go to gym religiously 6 times a week without fail :D which is a great achievement for me. I can say I am addicted to gym with a straight face :P and that is why I have managed to still kept my weight below 80kg well only just lol.

I am happy with the way I look now but I still have so much room for improvement and will sure go for it and so for the month of November I have set myself a challenge to loose 4-5kg which will see me to low 70s the rest I will complete year 2012... I know what I have to do to achieve this and I know its as good as done. I loved and enjoyed the break I gave myself hereon its on :)

I will weigh next week tonight and record the official stats and lets see how much I can loose before December 15 (going on holiday)!

Thank you Miss V. As hard as it is I hope to get down to 76kg by the end of November at the very least and by the 15th of December I hope to be 74kg I am currently sitting at 78kg so I am looking at loosing 4 kgs in approximately 6 weeks. Doable but very hard for me at this stage :( I will be jumping with joy with 75kg by December 16though

I will be visiting my friends and family for the holidays so looking forward to that! My pre-plans are not to stop with the exercise and try to be mindfull of what I put in my mouth but thats just always been the plan and it never surface  so whatever happens I will sort it out after holidays which is just 2 weeks. But in 2 weeks I have managed to gain 4kg before :(... This is a lifetime battle!!!
