Is it that????

If you can read back on my post I have had the most terrible week ever (bad eating and no exercise at all) but I got a loss that week a very good loss still for that matter and I was sooooo suprised that I even recorded it here.

Oh well might as well have a loss I need it (lol) but now Im back on it. I hope the gym should count for something as well. I am working harder by the day. I am thinking of joining the aqua-aerobics class as well I hear it can be good toning-wise???? Hope so!!!

Anything in the water is excellent I hear. I've heard it's because the water creates really good resistance and so you get a good workout. That combined with the fact that it's low impact so it's easy on your joints.

Oh My... Mummy

I feel so honoured to have inspired you. I am in the same age as you, just 1 year older (lol :P ). I felt its sad to waste my 20s being overweight and thought no one else can do the weightloss thing for me but myself. Along the way so far I have met with obstacles but the best thing I have always done for myself is to wake up and carry on...

I already feel victorious with this battle I know for a fact that Im gonna do it and let me assure you that you can also do it just put your mind to the bigger picture...

Best of luck with your own journey

T :)

Its only a pleasure Sarah

I am very much thankfull to you too, I know you been there from the beggining of my journey, supporting me and comforting me when all the efforts seem worthless. A big hug and a thank you to you. I feel so comfortable now in my clothes though Im far far away from my goal I still feel like I am not in a hurry I will definately snail my way there slowly but surely and I plan on enjoying the ride. I do not want to stress anymore.

Thanks and good luck for next week.

Hey Sassy, I just read your thread from the start and I must say you are very inspiring, your positive attitude, determination to make it to goal and your strength to face the bad days and enjoy the good ones is awesome. Well done so far on your weight loss, making it to double digits is a milestone in itself but you are powering towards the 80's, you will get there in no time. Keep up the great work and I will be following your thread from now on with great enthusiasm and interest
