Well obviously the Indian food didn't agree at all with the TF diet, 'cos I've PUT ON WEIGHT! (laughs) :lol:

Ooops, never mind, at least I can laugh about it I guess. So back on the TF program I go. My birthday is on Thursday and we'll be going out for tea to celebrate, but I'll make sure I eat something TF approved!

I had a good time at the Indian restaurant on Saturday night and really enjoyed the food, so I am not going to get upset about my weigh-in this week - 11.7kg is still a good amount of weight to have lost, so I'm still happy. :lol:

Last week: 80.8kg
This week: 81.7kg, waist 89cm

Your right Hayley its all about long term results not just one bad week, I'm at a bit of a standstill at the moment as well, but i'm back to walking 30 mins a day this week after my back injury so I'm hoping to see some good results next weigh in day....

I know i've been eating well, the weight is just being stubborn :lol:

Weight last week = 61kg
Weight today = 60kg

Was shocked considering i had the week from hell.... but i'm not complaining

Congratulations to everyone that has lost weight this week, no matter how big or little!!! Keep up the good work!!!! This morning was my first weigh in and I lost 3 kilos!!!! I am so excited, I am doing weight watchers and so far it is working for me, especially because if you really want that burger or cake you can you just have to allow for it!!! I could definetly not go cold turkey so Weigth watchers works really well for me, I also found a really good class at the gym I really enjoy called Body Attack after an hour of that you really feel you have worked your butt off!!!

Well done Alicia, keep up the good work. It really is about finding what works for you and what you can realistically do. Nice one!

Haven't tried body attack or body combat as I have steered away from the high impact for a while but should give them a go sometime I think.

Congratulations to all.

Last week: 75.9kgs
This week: 75.5kgs
Loss: 0.4kgs

Last week was difficult, previous weeks I had just eaten whatever took my fancy, so this week was a transition week, so happy with almost 1/2 kilo, however, next week, as I'm over transition and back on track, I'll expect a better weight loss. But, after all, a loss is a loss - got be happy at anything!

Well done everyone who lost weight.
I gained weight. I was 64kg when I weighed at mum's house (about a week ago) and then when I weighed at the gym yesterday I was 66.5kg. Whoops! Maybe mum's scales were a little out, but I still feel like I've gained a lot of weight this week. At least it's been fun :D

I must be honest and say that I have not been motivated at all this week and was shocked when I had only put on .1 of a kg when I thought I would have put on over a kilo. Hopefully I can turn it around this week!

to all you guys who have lost weight this week congrats! thats awesome. and to the ones who have gained- dont stress guys, there is always next week and a little gain is bigger than a massive gain! atleast you are here doing something about it so kudos to you! keep going!
