Last week 51.2 kg
This week 50.3 kg

I'm in shock

I also thought I'd put the tape measure around my waist this morning... 70cm! I started off at 76cm, can't believe it

Last week 62.6kgs
This week 62.9kgs

Thought last weeks 1.4 kgs drop too good to be true and I don't actually expect that sort of loss at this stage of the game. I am thinking that giving blood affected me more than I thought and perhaps my loss was due more to fluid that any fat loss, therefore my body is balancing itself out.

Overall, I am not going to worry about this gain unless it continues, then I will re-evaluate my strategy and for the last 5 weeks have averaged ½ kilo per week which dropped from 1kg per week previously. I am expecting it to slow down as I get closer to goal as by all account I have read the last 20% is the most difficult.

Thanks so much Kate!
It must seem strange to others that I want to weigh 99kgs! Obviously I want to weigh less than that but it is like some sort of mental thing I have in my head. Maybe because I last saw double digits on the scales about 15 years ago

Thanks again, I really appreciate it!
