This week has gone well. Don't know exactly what I weigh yet.
I seem to have a scale malfunction on my hands! (mmm I did drop it about 2 weeks ago which is not too smart). It said I was 66.0 kg then back up to 67.1 kg but it repeatedly did this so who knows.
I'll be happy if I get into the 66's.
This last week, well, didn't quite go as I'd planned it with calorie cycling. Started off well but on my higher cal days, I didn't seem to make it. Meal planning is NOT my forte! After having baby I have gone off a lot of foods and now would rather have a (diet) milk shake than eat. (No, I try not to have shakes only when I can't find anything else to eat).
So, Saturday - meant to be a high cal day of about 6300 kj, probably ended up being btw 4500 and 5000 kj. Had guests for dinner but was rushing around like a chicken with no head, and managed to fit in just 30 min of gym.
Sunday, had left overs (after hubby got stuck into it first), and also didn't do much at all so didn't have a high cal day either.
Monday, a new week! I had a few more calories today to try and get it up again. Forced myself to have 1 egg and double portion of oats (600 kj) and went to gym at lunch time - did 45 minutes of cardio and weights.
Tuesday, well it started off ok. Rushed getting baby to crèche, then so busy at work that I only managed to fit in a yoghurt. Made sure I ate again around 11:00 and then again at 13:30 with something healthy. My husband was leaving for the airport so left to put baby to bed, thank goodness he didn't give me too much of a hard time (baby that is). So I managed to fit in 40 minutes on my elliptical trainer. Yippee! Finished off with healthy dinner, but ended with a block of chocolate (not much). So my KJ intake today was btw 4800 and 5000 kj, which is good. .
Tomorrow should be my next weigh in so we'll see if my scale is working. I've also started to take measurements. Not remeasured this week yet, but I have noticed that my whole body is starting to feel great and toned. Awesome to feel like I've got muscle again!
I have also found that my tailored work shirts fit me!! So I don't have to go out and buy new ones.
Only downside is that the bridesmaid's dress is already too big on me - I can live with that
