Tks Star, I'm back at it again! I for almost 2 weeks I have lost ZERO weight , I'm OK with that tho as I know I could have been to the gym more and not eaten the mini-magnums
SO I'm still 64.9 kgs. Would be so good if I lost 2 kg in the next 3 weeks. Will really have to push myself - and no more magnums even if they are small!
Mm, dinners are still a pain for me. I made salmon fish cakes and they were great, lots of protein and veg.
I've been measuring out my b/fast: Pronutro (450 KJ) & with milk
Banana, Sandwhich with tuna and mayo, 2 small yoghurts
Cappucino (no sugar)
2 1/5 L water
2 big fishcakes (healthy ones!), 5 crackers with butter (500 kj), broccoli, butternut
Gym on the Thurs, Friday & Monday: I'm now crunching about 35 kg weights on my stomach which I'm really happy with.
I am using about 25 - 30 kg weights on my legs.
Tomorrow: weights on arms, legs, tummy and 25 min cardio
Wednesday: 30 min cardio, mat work (at home), side planks
Thursday: 25 min cardio, weights arms, stomach
Friday: 25 min cardio, legs, stomach, side planks
Saturday: 40 min cardio, cross-training
Sunday - nothing
