Sunday means time for my weekly weigh in. I'm down to 94.6kg which I'm very happy with. I can only assume that my mid week weigh in of 95.3kg was due to food in my belly or residual hormones? I'm very glad I got back into the rythym of things this week after barely doing any walking at all last week. I think it's the fact that no matter what, whether I excercise or not, I'm managing not to go overboard with my calories and this is keeping the weight coming off slowly and steadily. Today also marks the end of week 9, and tomorrow I start week 10. I'm just 600grams under target probably due to last weeks inactivity. I've done targets up until July 2010 and it averages a loss of a kilo a week. So technically if I had gotten my bum moving last week I would have hit the 9 kilo loss mark. But that's fine, I'm more than happy with how I've gone so far and am very proud of myself.
Another milestone is that I have had a certain pair of 'regular size 18' tracksuit pants for about 12 months that were far too small and so tight they were like leggings and the waist would only come half way up my bum because they were too small. I actually put them on yesterday and they fit me! They're even a little loose around the legs. I was stoked!
