Hi FS if you look in the daily food diary section i did start a diary and then slacked but i did a couple of days in it that will give you an idea of the foods i eat i just mix up the meats usually chicken 1 day then beef then fish, lamb not really a set plan just what i feel like on the day. All lean meats usually grilled or bbqd. Exercise for me is mostly walking, i go atleast once a day for 45 mins(night) then through day i walk to the shop which isnt very far prob 10 mins there 10 back,and i have a wii fit that i use and i have a few exercise dvds that i throw in now and again.
Was due to weigh in on Sat but i think ill skip this week and get into it this week as it was my dads 60th party on the weekend i didnt really go overboard which is good but i did have a few things i shouldnt have.Also as i was busy helping with it for a couple days i didnt exercise much and to top all that off it was TTOM so ill weigh in on Sat comimg hope everyone has a great week.
