I cannot belive how much your weight changes in a week. My highest this week was 109kg, and my lowest was 106.3.
I can see why once a week real weigh in is important.
I "broke" my diet yesterday.........well, thats what I would have called it before. But now, I allowed myself a treat. We went to a restraunt, and I had a very healthy yummy dinner. Moslty salad. But then I had a small serving of icecream and some caramel sauce. It was nice, but to be honest, I could have done without it.
Ive allowed myself one large treat a month. And one small one a week. I havent had anything in the weeks yet.
Still dont get why Im not loosing it faster. I have ALOT to loose. I think I will try and go to a diatition this week and see if they can help.
