Well, just started. I have been going 2 weeks now.
Start weight 111.4kg 27th Oct
Todays weight 108.2 8th Nov
LOSS 3.2kg

Thats ok....
Next Goals
105kg END NOV
99kg END DEC PARTY
95kg END JAN
90kg ANNIVERSARY!!!
85kg END OF APRIL
80kg END OF JUNE PARTY
75kg END OF AUGUST
70kg 27th OCT 40th Birthday!!

Ultimate GOAL 65KG......NEW WARDROBE AND A FANCY DRESS

You're right Fiona - don't give up! I just started a few weeks ago and have nearly fallen off the wagon a couple of times and my losses have slowed down a little. But it's so good when you persevere any way and then see a good result a few weeks later. Hang in there. You will hop on the scales soon and see a fantastic reward for all of your hard work! :)

Hang in there and be constant to healthy eating and exercise (if you do) pretty soon your body will budge and you will smile when you get that loss. This is not very easy I know that from experience but its such a rewarding feeling when all your hard work and perseverance pays off.

With this journey of weightloss some weeks are diamonds and some are just ugly stones. All your efforts should pay off soon and atleast it was not a gain DO NOT give up :)

Well another week gone..
Ive been 4 weeks in now. Todays weight......107.6kg, total loss over 4 weeks 3.8kg.
Hmmmm, not good enough. But at least its down.
I cannot belive how much your weight changes in a week. My highest this week was 109kg, and my lowest was 106.3.
I can see why once a week real weigh in is important.
I "broke" my diet yesterday.........well, thats what I would have called it before. But now, I allowed myself a treat. We went to a restraunt, and I had a very healthy yummy dinner. Moslty salad. But then I had a small serving of icecream and some caramel sauce. It was nice, but to be honest, I could have done without it.
Ive allowed myself one large treat a month. And one small one a week. I havent had anything in the weeks yet.
Still dont get why Im not loosing it faster. I have ALOT to loose. I think I will try and go to a diatition this week and see if they can help.

Hi Fiona i know it can be dissheartening when you dont lose as much as you think you should be but keep at it and you will get to know what you ca eat and what exercise you need to do.When i started my goal was to be at 85 which was almost half what i weighed i thought id never be able to do this but i broke it down into 5 kg lots and it doesnt seem as daunting.Do you use calorie king? If you do thats a great help but if you havent looked at it yet i suggest go check it out it helped me immensely when i first started.Good luck hun and remember dont give up you will get there. :)

Hi Fiona,

A 3.8kg loss over just four weeks is actually very, very good. That's just a tiny fraction below a kilo a week. Try and find something that weighs a kilo and pick it up. You'll notice it has a decent amount of weight to it. You've lost 4 x that in just four weeks. I think you've done an amazing job so please don't tell yourself it's not good enough. I think it's more than good enough! :) You're doing an amazing job. And remember we're all here for you as well for support.
