of this yo yo b*llsh*t
. I am absolutely going to bust my guts (all 3 rolls of them
)this coming week. I will not be satisfied with anything other than a 1kg loss. I have just stocked my fridge with healthy salad stuff, fruit & veg. The freezer & pantry are also full of healthy food. I will walk everyday & spend at least 10 minutes each day on the cross trainer. I may have to stop & start on the x trainer as there is no way I can do 10 minutes all at once.
