I'm so happy to hear I could offer you some useful advice.
One thing I need to remind myself, is to not deprive myself of anything. So what you've had to eat could still be mingled into your eating plan, just in a differen't way. I don't want to sound like i'm being condesending so if I am forgive me.
Chocolate is part our lives... fact! Well, its part of mine anyway, its the one love I can't ever end my relationship with, doens't matter how long it is until we see each next, its always as good as the last... hahaha! Yeah I like my choccy a little. Anyway, just one freddo a week, but savour it. Sit down with a cup of tea (or preferred bevarage) and enjoy it. So many times have I eaten on the run. Did I enjoy it? Not really. What a waste.
Okay and your sweet and sour fix, if you like home cooking, change the pork for chicken breast, and I had a little look for you on google, I don't think I post links of here but just search for healthy sweet and sour chicken recipies. The first one on the search with brown rice looks really good.
Then carry this mentally with everything you eat/ drink. Have a glass of wine. Make it a treat though. Once / twice a week have a glass of wine and again savour it. Get the good stuff, it will make it that much more special then.
