Good work getting out for a walk. It does make it hard when it rains. It does flatten the motivation a little. You should try and run. I have found it very addictive. I do not see running as my means to weight loss, (thats what the food intake is about) I see running as a pleasure. The fact that you can see some great improvements so quickly, it tends to keep me motivated! I thrive on challenging myself. So you should give it a go if you can. The early morning is just divine. Time out to yourself with the pleasure of nature awakening. (sounding all hippee.. sorry!) That way then if any weight loss comes from it its just a bonus!!
