I've had a bad 2 weeks!!
The good news is I'm still under 90kg.
The bad new is I'm not going to reach my goal of being 85 kg by the end of this month unless I lose 4.4 kg's over the next 4 days........unlikely.
Oh Well, I am still confident that I will be 75 kg by X-Mas. I still have 13 weeks to lose 14.4 kg's which is achievable if I get a wriggle on and stop falling off the wagon. I've gone off weight watchers (again!) and have now started Lite n Easy (again!) Last time I was on it I was doing just lunches & dinners for 7 days a week on the 1200 calorie per day plan & I was starving!! This time I'm doing 7 days of breakfasts, lunches & dinners on 1500 calories per day. I started yesterday & I was totally satisfied with the amount of food I had during the day. I really like the food too so I should be able to stick to is this time.
Hope everyone else is doing better.
