Hey Guys! I started introducing more excercise this week as I am now finding I can do a lot more, not getting back pain as quickly anymore. I just weighed myself, and It really showed!!!
Weight loss to date: 8.2 KG
Weight loss this week: 2.8 KG
Is this weight loss normal for someone my size? I've never been able to lose any weight before and now it's just peeling off. Is 8.2 KG too much to lose in 4 weeks? I'm getting enough nutrition, sometimes I think too much food. I smashed my goal to lose 6kg by christmas..lol!!
