How do i plan to achieve this???

2 - 3 exercsie sessions a day (i'm on a month holiday so time is not an issue)

1300 calories a day

History: I have lost 25 kilos in the past put have put on about 8 :) want to lose this asap!
Starting weight 76
Goal Weight 65
Current weight 76

1st goal: 72 final goal: 65
2nd goal: 68
