Hehe well it's not gonna be a dinner as such but a finger food afternoon. Hubby and I both enjoy computer games and we have just bought the Myst series which is an adventure puzzle type game. So we're gonna use both brains (eek which may equate to one   ) to solve the puzzles and have decided to dedicate Saturday to that end with finger food for fuel. Mainly cold meats and salad. Probably cheese and any alcohol I have will be the worst bits. Grand final?? What's that....

I am not hanging out for anything in particular food wise so this will work well I think.

Thanks for your support Kate and for all the support you give everyone on here it is appreciated. :D You are doing awesome! :D

Oh Kim I know exactly what you mean about numbers and tables!! You float on cloud nine 'cause you are doing so well and then along come a figure and it pops your little bubble!! I found the best way is to not look at the BMI charts (mine is gross and it upsets me more than motivates me)

You are doing so well Kim and you are 6.3kgs away from goal.....take a look back to when you first started and how far away you were from 55kgs! As you said you feel fitter and healthier within yourself, so that is all that matters!! Go as far as looking at the amount of exercise you can do now, you would not have been able to do that even 10kgs ago!! Keep your eyes on your prize my sweet and don't let those numbers get you down!!

Thanks Ally it is good to look back and that's why I enjoyed Mandie's post in the other thread as it reminded me to do that. Thanks for you lovely support.

Kate, yes, Saturday nights for me are like a bit of a party aren't they I will post more in my food diary.

Once again....nice going to all the losers out there...you know what I mean. :D Weight loss is one place you want to be the loser.
