I had a shocking week for diet and exercise...
But amazingly according to the gym scales I didn't gain any weight!
Woohoo!
Congrats to everyone who lost weight.

Well, although I had a terrible week and put on weight, I jumped back on track with TF yesterday and dropped 700g since yesterday :D .

This week: 79.5kg - back in the 70's, whoo hoo - must stay there!

Good on you guys, stay strong...we're all making progress no matter how fast or slow :D

Hi there,

Last week: 98.7kgs
This week: 99.0kgs

I know it is not that a big a gain but I was really annoyed to see the scales at 99kgs. I really thought I had finally ventured into serious double digit territory. I wasn't really trying hard this week and lost a bit of focus - must have been a couple of my mum's home made biscuits which I was treating myself to before bed. Anyway, onwards and upwards...or is it downwards?

Great losses everyone this week too...

Last week: 49.7kg
This week: 50.6kg

 My grandfather passed away this week so I have been in the grips of emotional eating all week... just call me human garbage bin :( I've been at my parents' place too, where the pantry is stocked full of very dangerous foods  (although I came home mid week and weighed just 49.3kg then...I don't get it :? )

With any luck, a bit of the extra weight is fluid due to TTOM, but at day 44 really who knows :?

Well done to everyone on their losses. Unreal :D

Hi sarah

you are right it could be fluid and also it can take awhile for the weight to settle. dont let it get you down. chin up and you will get back to 49kg. go with the flow

ok, since last time I was on, I stayed at 76, then this week I dropped to 75!!! finally.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
