i have picked myself up and went back to the pool. I am thrilled that I have achieved 32 laps (4 sets of
laps yesteday - only one set off a kilometre!
I also did water aerobics tonight despite a freezing cold night. My only problem is comfort eating... I need to get tougher thats for sure. Comfort food over winter is also tough for me...! My goal now is to keep going... more swim sessions at 32 and water aerobics and tracking!!
Feeling a little less shakey, just need to keep going...
