I think I forgot to record my awful result last weekend,... I gained 2.5kilo!!
OMG! Horrible feeling! I had a shocker of a week, no excercise and blow outs.... but I didnt think it was that bad..... 2.5kg is ALOT
I had a rough start to the week and then I got back to it - YAY FOR ME!
I have just recorded a loss of 1.6kilos!!
1600 grams!! WOW double my average of 800 a week.
I ate carefully, recorded on CK and I excercise 4 times - water aerobics and 3 Wii sessions.
So this dance I have been doing around the 5 kilo mark is about to speed up I hope. Need to just keep it up and keep losing and get to my 10 kilo goal.
It has been FOUR months today since I started this journey for real. 4 months = 5.9 kilos..... gotta get quicker now!!!!
