Today was my first weigh in...and will be every Tuesday from now on
and the result was.......drum roll please.....
But that is OK, it is out there now and I can't wait for next week to see if I can make it move!!
Today was a good day - porridge for brekky, ham and salad grain roll for lunch and a yummy dinner from the "Symply too Good to be True" line of recipe books. Tonight was the Mexican tortilla stack with vegies...i love those recipe books for weight loss - all dinners are under 10 grams of fat which is one of my guidelines for healthy eating...
On the excercise front, I was going to do a step or spin class but of course was to late for those so did my own 1 hour session in the gym. 20 minutes on the tready, 25 minutes on a bike and 10 minutes of abs and arms...oh and I was super excited as Zumba is starting at my gym in a couple of weeks - nothing like a bit of booty shaking!!
I have signed up to join a winter bootcamp which starts in a month so I need to start preparing myself for the early morning get up!!
