Welcome to the forum & well done on your loss - you and I look like we have similar goals. I started at around 104 and my goal is to get to 65. I have found it tough so far but I have stuck to it this time, thanks to challenging my mindset after each stuff up (I have had heaps!) and THIS FORUM. So, I can highly recommend coming on weekly (at least) to record your losses (or gains
) as it is very encouraging and motivating and if you are struggling you are NOT alone.
Calorieking.com is worth a look at too. I eat normal food, no dieting but I keep track on CK and it helps me learn life lessons about food.
And exercise.... Just do it! I swim and do water aerobics and wii. I hate the gym I discovered, its just not my thing. No one looks at your body underwater and I feel leaner and stronger there.
