I'm using the one from the kick start diet it's chicken stock/soup mix, carrot, shallots, capsicum, tomato and celery. I put about 2 ltrs of water boil for 5 minutes then simmer to you vegi liking I like mine really soft so I'm simmering for about 45mins if you goggle kick start soup diet it's got heaps of info

So iv fallen off the wagon in a big way. Iv weighed in this morning at 106.4. I'm going with new f-year new start lol.

YOU can do this!

It's not a race. No one is watching. No one is keeping tabs. Just get back on the healthy eating/exercise horse and you will get there :)
It doesnt matter how long it takes.

I am not sure how tall you are but you and I seem to have the same amount of weight to lose. I know it's bloody hard sometimes. (Not to mention confusing with the contradictory advice and opinions out there!) And I know how incredibly frustrating it can feel to have little "slip ups", go backwards or have very slow losses. I am trying to tell myself that slow losses are better than no losses at all. And losing 500 grams a week (for example) is a better, and much faster, way to get to where I want to be than not trying at all and being morbidly obese all my life.

If we both stick at this, and make the changes we need to make, by the time July 1 comes around next year we will be AT LEAST 25 kilos lighter --- which is about 81 kilos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That sounds pretty good to me! :D !

Thank you, I'm starting to feel abit of motivation again it's been so damn cold. Iv weighed in today at 105.6 so I'm quite pleased with that.

well sunday has rolled around again and im proud to say iv gotten to 104.9! I was so happy to see 104 this morning :D Iv been doing the calorie king meal plan for 1500cal and it is working out great.

I am following the meal plan they set for 1500 cal a day, iv been doing it for about a week and it's really working for me. See I'm never sure what to eat or how much so having it tell me works really well for me.
