It doesnt matter how long it takes.
I am not sure how tall you are but you and I seem to have the same amount of weight to lose. I know it's bloody hard sometimes. (Not to mention confusing with the contradictory advice and opinions out there!) And I know how incredibly frustrating it can feel to have little "slip ups", go backwards or have very slow losses. I am trying to tell myself that slow losses are better than no losses at all. And losing 500 grams a week (for example) is a better, and much faster, way to get to where I want to be than not trying at all and being morbidly obese all my life.
If we both stick at this, and make the changes we need to make, by the time July 1 comes around next year we will be AT LEAST
25 kilos lighter --- which is about 81 kilos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That sounds pretty good to me!
