I didn't weigh in this week beacuse I was BAD last week
I just seemed to lose the plot especially at that after dinner time when I really feel like eating snacks. I'm also a bit of an all or nothing person so when I stuff up my diet I am like "well I'll be good tomorrow but today is a write off so might as well eat what I want" - there is no grey area where I can eat one bad thing but then get back on track for the rest of the day. That is what I am going to work on this week - if I slip up I am NOT going to let the rest of the day degenerate. So far doing ok today.
So - next weigh in will be Monday.
