Karen Weighs In

Postby fullgal » Mon May 24, 2010 12:36 pm

Today I weighed in at 88 kgs, a loss of 2.2 kg this week and a total of 8.2 kg in 2 weeks. I stuck strictly to my eating plan, despite attending the football in a corporate box (politely declining the plates of pies, pasties, chicken wings, wedges, cheese and chocolate which were passed around). Never had this much self-control in the past!

Dear lord! Nice self control there, and it sure paid off on the scales. Ahhh to be in the 80's again! I can't wait to see that day. Congrats on your well earned loss :) Keep it up

Today I weighted in at 86.2 - only 1.8 kg loss this week despite strictlly adhering to my eating plan. I understood that this diet (adaptation of Cohens) would result in early rapid weight loss, then a tapering off, so I guess I have to accept it. However, a weight loss overall of 9.2 kg in 3 weeks is pleasing and I'm determined to stick to it. It wasn't easy because we were again in a Corporate Box at the football on Saturday, watching everyone else devour fried finger food, cocktail pasties and sausage rolls and profiteroles while i snacked on a salad without dressing. But I did it!
