I am just doing my own thing. I have cut down my calories, so no junk food at all, no salt on meals,no butter, no bread but wraps or mountain bread instead.
I'm on Duromine, so that has really helped with all of my late night snacking, which is where I was getting most of my calories from. I am struggling to keep up with my calorie intake, and surprisingly I am struggling to keep up with my water intake as well.
I am up and about all day doing housework or playing with the kids, I have a manual treadmill now, so I can start adding exercise to it all.

I did look at diets like the atkins, and even doing weight watchers, but it all seemed too complicated for me. I just keep a food diary with CK.

I did it this way (except for the Duromine) a couple of years ago and lost about 10kgs. I want to get down to 90kgs and then attempt to start the C25K.

I big loss of 1.2 kgs for me this week! I would LOVE it if this was my average weekly loss. I know the first big loss was water weight, so I was expecting a smaller number this week, much smaller than 1.2 actually. :D

5.2kgs more on/before July 5th weigh-in... I just recieved my copies of Jillian's fat burning workout, and the Ministry Of Sound dance workout. I LOVE dancing, and LOVE MOS so it should be fun!!
