I am so glad there is a weekly weigh in thread, that was what I was after.
I pledge to post my weekly weight here, and also pledge to RECIPROCATE any feedback and encouragement to fellow forumers.
I hope to get my pre-baby weight back. It is my first bub and I can't have a second at this weight.... god forbid~!
Exercise is the difficult thing for me as I am breastfeeding a newborn. But, I think I can achieve a great deal with food alone to kick start at least.
I am super happy with how I have gone this week. The scales are great motivation aren't they?
Week 2: 93.0 Loss - 2.3kg
My Goals are -
Goal 1: 85kg by my birthday... 8th July (Weight loss of 10.0kg in 11 weeks)
Goal 2: 80kg by hubby's birthday - 14th September (further weight loss of 5 kg in 4 weeks)
