lol yeah scales can be crappy sometimes :S how are you feeling in yourself sarah? also bec, dont be disheartened. it can be off putting when you dont lose as much as you would like to but slow and steady wins the race (or something along those lines lol) so just keep up the great work and jump back on the wagon without the naughty things hehe. theyre ok every once in awhile though!

back down to 75kg again this week which makes NOO sense as I was only able to ride 1.5 days and had some wee slip ups in the food dept.

I give up trying to figure this stuff out.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Thanks so much Kate.
I just thought I had hit my straps when I dived into the 90s.
In reality, I have gained 0.9kgs in 3 weeks which isn't all that bad but it still hurts. I hope that I head the other way this week.

You'll get there Fluffy, just look at your diet and see if things have crept in that shouldn't have or if you are due. There could be a few different reasons..but the main thing is to keep going, you will get under that 90 kgs, you WILL!!

Even though my weight loss wasn't as big as I have had the last 2 weeks, I did lose 8 cm (5 off my hips). So it's better than I thought!

Thanks heaps Ally.
I really do appreciate your words of wisdom and support.
I think you are right...Things have crept into my diet that shouldn't be there. I was going to swing by the lolly shop near the cinemas today and get just a "few" lollies but I decided not to - the feeling of losing weight is bigger than those lollies! Yay for me~!
