The weekend was ok, I wouldnt call it a complete failure but I wouldnt call it success either. Compared to my current lifestyle/routine it was pretty bad, however compared to what I would normally do on a weekend like that I was very good
Alcohol is my enemy and with a big party saturday that kind of threw me off, however I have noticed I eat a lot less than I used to so if I do stuff up the quantity is not so bad, I would give myself 5/10 - lots of room for improvement but I wasnt completely horrid!!!
This week weigh in is a good one, however I am again on a detox weekend so it could in part be just water. After the weekend away (despite pre-planning my meals the week before) I found it really hard to get straight back into the swing of things and was absolutely exhausted (drove 300km monday morning to get to work) so the excercise wasnt as good as it should have, so really I probably dont deserve this loss and will probably gain it back this week. Todays weight was 98kg, a loss of 1.1kg
Everything is about to go into turmoil again however, on thursday night I head back to adelaide for 6 sleeps to see family and catch up with old friends. This will be another hard one, and this time it is almost for a week - when in adelaide I dont have a house so I normally go out for lunch and dinner every day catching up with different people - which will make it very hard. My temporary housemate no longer stays at my place (woo hoo!!) so I will be at the gym every night this week in preparation and I have made plans to be more active when in adelaide, and even looked at each day and my eating options so hopefully it wont throw me off the wagon too much. Weigh in will be in another fortnight so hopefully with lots of gym and good eating before and the same after I will be able to continue on this track!!! Excited also because I havnt seen my folks since I changed my lifestyle so hopefully they will notice!!!
