Hi there, i am new to the forum.
Thought i would join and talk to others who are currently in the process of weight loss.
I am almost 27, and currently weigh 108kg - i am so embarassed.
I started zumba this year, it is WONDERFUL, and have already lost 2 kg thanks to it - my biggest downfall is FOOD!
I love pasta etc - and since my partner and son eat stuff like that, i sometimes loathe cooking 3 different meals, but finally made the decision that i have to if i want to get back down to my tennis/pre baby weight of 90kg.
I would love to talk to others about the everyday things when it comes to weight loss etc.
