I am brand new to this forum and am hoping this is the last attempt to stay on track to my goal (pre baby) weight!
Like most mums, I have let myself go after and during the birth of my two kids. I am now at a stage where I really want to be happy with my weight and not feel like I need to hide away in my "big" clothes. I want to wear my old clothes again and feel beautiful! I want to set a good example to my kids and to have my Hubby look at me that way again.
I am starting to log my food and TRY real hard to stop the emotional, bored and the "because I can" eating. I want to feel great come Summer this year.
I figure the pressure of having to weigh in may just keep me on track! SO PLEASE, I would love some company along the way through my journey. I really need the support.
First weigh in was from Monday.
It was 81.9
My first goal is to be 75kg! I have not seen that for YEARS!!
Then from there to 70kg and if I am super lucky, I would love to be 65kg!! But not pushing it just yet. Baby steps!!!
