OK! Now I am just so Pissed! Why did I do it? Tell me why???
I have been better than good, I mean, incredibly good the last few days and then tonight, for no real reason at all, I go and have not ,1 but 2 chocolate things I have in the cupboard AND THEN!! wash it down with a hot Milo!!
I don't even want to attempt to put that in my calorie count!
And the whole time knowing I was being naughty but I just couldn't help myself!
How do those people - you know who you are - resist temptation!! How do you do it? I need to learn. Can someone please teach me!!
Looks like its a super long run for me tomorrow!

1st MG: 75kg by end of October 2010
2nd MG: 70kg by end of Jan 2011
ULTIMATE GOAL: 67kg!! Its a long journey ahead. But I will get there with baby steps and support! Thanks!
