Hannahs Weekly Weigh In <3

Ok so hopefully this will give me the motivation I need to finally keep on track and shred those last few pesky kilos I need to drop for my uni graduation!!

Today I weighed in at 81.4kg ~ told myself i'd start training and eating right starting first thing, and sadly that's already out the window!!! Tomorrow I WILL DO IT!!!! I just need support! Plateauing is a hard thing for me to overcome!!

CW: 100.2
GW (1st Feb 2011): 85

Don't beat yourself up too much. It seems to me that you have done extremely well already.

Maybe create a little program/point system where you get +1's for good things such as 10min run or peice of fruit, and -1's for the baddies. Edit it each day and attempt to improve upon the score!

When is graduation? What degree?

Thanks for the idea! I'll give it a shot. I am proud of what I have done so far, but it still feels like my goal is so far off! Especially getting into that dress.

Graduation is in September, and I'm studying a bachelor of nursing :)
