Almost there..

Well I'm getting pretty close to my target weight now, but it's getting harder and harder to get the number on those scales to go down!!
I'm trying desperatly not to resort to starving just to be able to reach my goal, as I want to lose the weight slowly. But I just can't seem to get results no matter what I do!

My current weight: 61.6kg
My starting weight: 80kg
My goal weight: 58kg

Hope everyone else is having luck with their weight loss goals!

Well done! You are so close! That's AWESOME!

Starvation is not going to work as once your body is starved of food it will begin to retain the fat in order to fuel itself. Sometimes you need to increase your intake (of good, healthy, natural foods) in order to kick start fat loss again.

Reassess your nutrition and fitness plans and change them up. It's amazing how much a change in routine can start fat loss again!
