Hey all, starting my healthy eating and exercise program tomorrow to coincide with the new semester of Uni. Had knee surgery about a year and a half ago, but during that time I really let myself go and am aching to be fit, and playing soccer again. I am also not drinking alcohol for the next 3 months to help me get started. So as it stands:
I am aiming for 80kg so will post results back here every week.
