I new to this forum and after putting kilo after kilo on it is time for me to lose it all. I have started listening to The Gabriel Method music and starting monday shall be weighin in. weighed myself today, thought i was 92kg but no i am 95kg

. I have started doing a dance fitness class but after hurting my knee last week i haven't done much exercise so will be doing that again next week. I am a stay at home mother/tupperware demonstrator, so when i am home and bored i eat and eat. Addicted to chocolate and love baking. It is time for a whole lifestyle change. Mondays will be my weigh in day. My ultimate goal would be to weigh between 60 and 70 by April 2011 (as i am getting married then and don't want to look and feel like a plump peach).
