Hello, I thought I would start a weigh in to keep track of my weight watchers weigh ins.
Start weight ; 108.2
Week 1 weigh in :106.2
A big loss but I guess thats to be expected when just starting out. Im working towards my 5% goal at the moment which is 102.7 then im working to 97.3 which will be 10%. I have about 40kgs to loose to its going to be a long trip but worth it in the end. I havnt been under 100 kgs in about 2 years so ill be so excited when the scaled tick down to only two numbers.
